Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
